The SortStar was developed with simple changeovers in mind. Using a centrifugal disk and adjustable guides, most round plastic bottles can run on this machine without the use of any change parts. All mechanical adjustments have a numeric counter for easy, repeatable changeovers. All motorized adjustments (such as disk rotation speed) are adjusted via the operator touchscreen interface.
