For enhanced flexibility, Capmatic offers integration with the Steelheart high-precision peristaltic dosing pump and the PVR-01 viscous product volumetric filler. This modular approach allows Picolo to handle products like water, oils, honey, creams, gels, syrups, condiments, and more. Its bottom-up filling technology minimizes splashing and foaming, ensuring precision and cleanliness.
Picolo excels in cap versatility, working with plastic, metal, and aluminum caps in various styles—press-on, flip-top, spray, pump, CRC, and more. Operators manually engage caps, while the machine applies calibrated torque via Capmatic’s magnetic slip clutch. Quick, repeatable, and toolless changeovers make adapting to different bottle and cap configurations effortless.
Designed with operator safety and sterility in mind, Picolo features interlocking doors, safety clutches, and operator guarding, all compliant with GMP standards. Capmatic’s pharmaceutical expertise ensures the highest material quality and adherence to sterile manufacturing processes.
