Service Supervisor /Full-Time
Job Summary:
The person in charge will assume all the activities of the After-Sales Service and parts required by Customers.
You will supervise an existing team consisting of a Technical Designer, Customer Service Representatives, a Parts Clerk, and Field Service Technicians.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of productivity and a consistently positive customer experience. To this end, you will have to satisfy customers as best as possible by dealing with their queries or complaints.
Field Service Technician /Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our equipment.
Reporting directly to the Service Supervisor, this position involves travel to client sites for the assembly, setup, and repair of complex machinery.
The technician will also provide comprehensive training to the client’s personnel, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate the equipment efficiently. When not in the field, the technician contributes to the production process at our Montreal facility by assisting in machine assembly, conducting testing, and participating in quality control measures.
Additionally, the technician supports factory acceptance testing and showcases the machinery’s capabilities during customer demonstrations. This multifaceted role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our clients expect.
